Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

     805boots.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.  We will gladly issue a refund for products returned within 30 days of the original purchase date that meet the following:

   1. Items must be in new condition (unworn) with the original tags still attached and include the original packaging and proof of purchase or order information.

    2. Items returned in like new condition but without the original packaging or without the original box are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original purchase price and from the refunded amount. 

    3.  In general,  items that are worn/unsellable are not eligible for return.  

    We encourage you to try on the items you have purchased to make sure that you are happy with the style and fit. Please try any footwear in your home on a carpeted, clean area. Unfortunately we cannot accept and issue a refund for product that is worn.

    4. For defective items, please call or email our customer service team so we can assist you.

    Once your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

      Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned items we will inspect them promptly and contact you only if there are issues found with the returned items.    Approved returns will be processed within 5 days of the product being received at our facilities and the refunded amount automatically refund to your original payment method.    Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
