A better starting point
Three things to check before you choose.
Check the room.
A cushioned full-length insole needs space. A thinner or three-quarter model may suit shallower footwear.
Compare the contour.
Low Arch and Low Volume are different designs. Choose the arch shape and support that feel comfortable for your feet.
Try the whole setup.
Check the insole inside the shoes and socks you plan to wear. Follow each model’s sizing and trimming instructions.
Cadence questions, answered.
Is Low Volume the same as Low Arch?
No. Low Volume is designed for a slimmer fit inside the shoe; Low Arch has a lower arch profile. Compare the contour as well as shoe space.
When should I consider a three-quarter insole?
Consider it when you need more space around the toes or have shallow footwear. The shorter length leaves the forefoot free of a full-length insert.
Can I choose by shoe size alone?
Start with the model’s size guide, then check the fit inside your actual shoes. Arch placement, heel fit, and available depth also matter.
